At Empire’s pet-friendly Henderson apartments, complete with on-site dog park and washing station, we understand that pets are part of your Empire, too.

A refundable pet deposit applies:

• $300 for small pets under 25 lbs and $500 for large pets 25 lbs and over.
• Maximum three pets, please.
• Monthly fee is $25 per small pet and $35 per large pet.

Irrespective of size, certain dog breeds are restricted, including:

• Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
• Rottweilers
• Chows
• Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Presa Canarios
• Doberman Pinschers
